Bluefish Wireless wanted a web application that allowed employees of other companies to manage their own wireless accounts.
For this project I developed a set of user personas detailing the needs of people using the app, made on-site visits to observe how their help center interacted with people requesting help, and worked with the Bluefish development team to create a series of documented wireframes.
This work culminated into a series of fully rendered screens in XHTML and CSS.
